Inquiry #2: Regarding the (Temporary) Chain-link fencing. The plans seem to indicate that the fencing is going to be anchored to the existing concrete surfaces. Are we to assume that the fencing will remain long term (beyond 40 day job term) or will we be required to remove fencing at end of 40 day job term? If you plan on leaving it long term, how long do you anticipate it to be and who would be responsible for removal at that point?

Inquiry #3: Will the Contractor be required to call The City of Los Angeles for inspection under this B permit ? Or will all the improvements be inspected by Caltrans only ?

Response #2:The City will provide their own Inspector, and yes the contractor must follow his/her instructions as well as Caltrans.
