Inquiry #1: Q1. Per special provision 39-2.02A(1), no HMA-A paving is allowed from 11/01 to 05/01. Please confirm that this condition doesn't affect this project since there is no HMA-A paving for this project and all paving is RHMA-G. Also all paving location is shoulder and MVP, no traveled way.
Q2. All HMA-A material in this project is for Dike only. Please verify if the HMA-A for dike should be produced using a WMA Additive Technology per 39-2.02A(1).
Q3. Per 39-2.02C, material transfer vehicle is required for HMA-A when the temperature is below 70 degree. Please advise if this applies to the material for dike as well.
