Inquiry #8: In terms of the biological monitoring requirement there seems to be an inconsistency between the SP and the IH (CDFW Streambed Alteration Agreement).

SP:
The only mention of bio monitoring in the SP is if there are active bird nests anywhere in the project (Including the two Species Protection Areas).

IH:
The IH calls for daily bio monitoring at these locations:
Arroyo Seco Bridge (Location One (1)
Blue Ridge Wash Box Culvert Bridge (Location Two (2)

Please clarify.
Thank you.

Inquiry #9: In regard to Item # 48 (thermoplastic traffic stripe), can the striping be placed utilizing a "Moving Lane Closure", since the item is so small, and the locations are spread out over 12 miles? Requiring "Flagging Closures" for the striping is not realistic, and requires boots on the ground, versus our employees being in the trucks. It's much safer to do the "Moving Lane Closure".
Thank you.
