Inquiry #2: On plan pg ECL-1 - erosion control application it states a single application of wood fiber and tackifier at 2500 lbs/ac. There is no breakdown of how much of each to use. Do we use 2300 lb/ac of wood and 200 lb/ac of binder or is it refering to a bonded fiber matrix?

A: The correct procedure is to use the applications stated under Section 13-5.031I of the 2018 Standard Specifications

Q: or is it referring to a bonded fiber matrix?
A: There is no Bonded Fiber Matrix.

Inquiry #8: On Rte 74 between Post Miles 8.8 and 8.9 it looks like there is a Rock Gabion system on the other side of the Guard rail, the plans call out for Gravel mulch in that area, is this correct?
