Inquiry #3: Shown on plan sheet number 48, E-4 are three structure locations i am not able to find when cross-referencing to the SQ Drawings. The locations are all on Route 215 N/B, the PM numbers are 10.812, 16.88 and 17.27. Are new reflective signs being installed at these locations ? Are the PM numbers indicated on E-5 plan sheet incorrect ? Please advise, Thanks.

A: The three post miles in question have been modified and are indicated under the updated Sheet E4 and will include the reflective signs. Please refer to Addendum #2.

A: The post mile numbers on sheet E-5 are correct. Please bid per current contract documents.

Inquiry #4: The special provisions do not include a delayed start to allow time for sign panel fabrication after award. How shall the low bidder fabricate sign panels and complete all work within 50 WDs?
