Inquiry #1: Sheet Q-1, "Summary of Quantities" lists a "Temporary Water Pollution Control" table of items and quantities. However, project plans and specifications do not note specifically where these items are used or needed on the project. i.e. "Temporary Construction Entrance" with a quantity of 6 EA.

Please, provide information where the items on the "Temporary Water Pollution Control" table on Sheet Q-1 are needed and required.
