Inquiry #1: For the Bid Item 12 “Replace Asphalt Concrete Surfacing” on Contract # 08-1K8404, please provide clarification if the grade of asphalt binder must be PG 64-10 or PG 64-16 as stated in Section 39-3.02 “Replace Asphalt Concrete Surfacing” of the 2018 Standard Specifications or if the grade of asphalt binder must be PG64-28M as stated on page 39 of the special provisions for Contract #08-1K8404.
