Inquiry #2: Cannot find the Color No.30109 of the FED-STD-595 for the retaining wall, Can you provide the information where this can be found

Response #1:A Google search of "FED-STD-595 30109" will confirm that color reference chips, fandecks, and RGB values for Federal Standard 595 (including color number 30109) can be obtained through multiple vendors online.

Inquiry #3: The concrete retaining wall calls for colored concrete, due to the cost of the colored concrete, does the entire wall need to be poured with the colored concrete? Example the footing will be buried and never seen.

Inquiry #4: Is the Cable railing B11-47 also Stained? or to be Galvanized.

Response #1:Per Standard Specification 83-2.07B the cables must be galvanized under Federal Specification RR-W-410.

Per Special Provision section 78-4.07B stain the cable railing at the job site.
