Inquiry #2: Bid item 22 - 130510 - Temporary Mulch - 5500 SQYD is not called out in the special provisions or shown on any of the plans except on Q-1 where the square yardage is called out in the Temporary Water Pollution Control Quantities. Can you provide information on where the mulch is going, type, depth and if it needs to be removed?
