Inquiry #3: Based on the drawings its seems that the Well Pump Panel will only need to be modified/added too? If yes, will the modifications/additions need to happen on site or will this panel be supplied to party that is awarded this job?

Secondly, please provided clarification on what will need to be added to the Well Pump panel. Several items, as shown on the drawings seem to be field devices that the panel will be controlling however they will not be physically located in the Well Pump panel. (1) FIU--8, (2) ATS Cabinet, (3) Generator?

Then items such as (1) 20A/1P breakers, (2) Soft Starter, (3) HOA for FIU-8, will all be located inside the Well Pump Panel?
