Inquiry #3: In regards to item 24, 12" CORRUGATED HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE PIPE CONDUIT, will theses conduits require pull boxes, irrigation supply lines, electrical conduit, pull wires, thrust blocks, etc. per the detail on the 2018 standard plans sheet H8 ?

Inquiry #4: Location 7 SB On-Ramp from 5th St. – The existing Guardrail will need to come out to get the road excavation done, and the new guard rail will not be in place for a period until the excavation is complete. Please add a Temporary Railing (Type K) Item to pay for the placement and removal of K-Rail on both sides of the Gore to temporarily protect the public.

Inquiry #5: There are numerous homeless camps at many of the locations where the slope improvements are to be made, along with the camps there is also trash and debris. Will the state be removing the homeless camps along with the trash/debris prior to construction?
