Response #2:Per Section 8-1.04C of the Project Special Provisions, "job site activities within 55 days after receiving notice that the Contract has been approved by the Attorney General or the attorney appointed and authorized to represent the Department." Therefore, weather permitting, construction activities should start within 55 days of contract authorization.

Response #2:Here is the response to Bidder Inquiry #2:

Locations of all CIPP work are shown on the following sheets: LC-1,DD-2, Drainage Quantity (DQ)sheets.

For those locations that do not have a plan or profile view, the entire length of the culvert is proposed to be lined with CIPP.
