Inquiry #1: Bid Item 20 - 12" Corrugated High Density Polyethylene Pipe Conduit is shown on the following details C-6, C-11 thru C-15 as being located down at the roadside which is typical of how we have installed this item in the past but there is a Detail on sheet C-17 that is calling it out 7' from the abutment. This detail would be difficult to build with the pipe being installed with 3' of coverage over the top of it and trying to work underneath the structure with tight work space. Please confirm that we are able to install this pipe down at the roadside.
