Inquiry #3: Bat Exclusion - 14-6.06C(1) Location's at Hinge 8, 19, 29 and 32 however the drawing sht 24 of 33 do not seem to clearly depict hinge numbers 1-36. as such please show/clarify locations of the bat exclusion devices. If they are to be installed at the new joint seal locations Hinge 7 (Not 8) Hinge 28 (Not 29)

While it appears bridge removal (existing hinge demolition) can be performed without issue, New hinge construction might no be constructible without having Soffit access opening to complete the new concrete construction as such; are there existing soffit access openings on the repair side of the hinges?

Inquiry #6: We've noticed on this project that the project name/description appears to be incorrect “CONSTRUCTION ON STATE HIGHWAY IN SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY IN STOCKTON AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS FROM 0.1 MILE EAST OF MADISION STREET TO 0.2 MILE WEST OF AIRPORTWAY UNDERCROSSINGâ€. This is how it’s listed in the Notice to Bidders and on Bidx, but since these bids bonds require the exact project description as such can you verify if it should actually be MADISON instead of MADISION. Please advise ASAP
