Response #2:The cross sections involving cold plane existing pavement operation, placing RHMA material, and then placing HFST material [Plan Sheets C-10 (page 12 of 48) for Location #8, C-11 (page 13 of 48) for Location #9 and C-12 (page 14 of 48) for Location #10) was shown incorrectly and should be cold plane operation first, then place RHMA material and HFST material on the top as the final pavement material to be placed or constructed. This is a clarification of the incorrect order of the callouts on the referenced plan sheets.

Inquiry #2: On the Summary of Quantities page (Q-1) page 26 of the plans, it reads that at Location 4 the quantity for EB is 4,282.9 SQYD and for WB is 8,387.3 SQYD. However, on Construction Detail (C-5) page 7 of the plans, it seems to show the reverse. Please advise.

Response #2:Refer to Section 2-1.09, "bid item list," of the 2015 Standard Specifications: "Submit a bid based on the bid item quantities the Department shows in the bid item list.
