Inquiry #1: As of Monday, this location is still closed for the Winter. We cannot physically familiarize ourselves with the project since the road is closed. The eastern end of the project appears to be steep, narrow and winding. The degree of difficulty for asphalt pavement and asphalt trucking would be high, but is unverifiable without a site visit. Please advise if CDOT will consider postponing the bid date until the road is open for a site inspection.
