Inquiry #1: Is there any chance that Caltrans would consider changing (Line Items 21-24) TWO-COMPONENT PAINT Traffic Stripe and Pavement Marking to PAINT (2-COAT) OR THERMOPLASTIC. This would allow more competitive bidding from Striping Subcontractors as there currently is only 1 contractor in California that has a truck for TWO-COMPONENT PAINT.

Inquiry #2: On Sheet Q-2 Summary of Quantities EB pre-paving corrections:
What does Beg. PM T21.5 END PM R24.4 refer too?
Why is there 2 Pre-Paving corrections from 26.0 to 25.9 in the EB lane?
What PM do you PPF files start at? if you start your EB lane at PM 24.2 the segment corrections do not seem to line up with what should be corrected for MRI improvement?
