Inquiry #1: Summery Sheet Q-1, Replace Asphalt Concrete Surfacing table indicates that there is AC replacement on Route 120 in the EB and WB direction. Construction Detail sheet C-3 shows all the work is in the EB direction PM R4.35 - R4.70. Please clarify if there is any work in the West Bound lanes at this location.
