Inquiry #1: Included in the Supplemental Project Information are multiple PPF Files. After reviewing all the files in ProVAL, it appears there are a lot of Locations missing. Please provide data for the following ramps so the contractor can evaluate and estimate:

- Location 1 – NB On from India
- Location 2 – NB On from Washington
- Location 4 – NB On from Sea World
- Location 5 – NB Off to Clairemont
- Location 8 – NB On from Mission Bay
- Location 10 – WB 52 Connector to NB 5
- Location 15 – EB 76 Connector to NB 5
- Location 16 – NB On from Vadergrift
- Location 23 – SB On from EB Lomas Santa Fe
- Location 26 – SB Off to Mission Bay
- Location 27 – SB Off to Sea World
- Location 29 – SB Off to Washington
- Location 32 – SB On from Logan Ave
