Inquiry #2: Items 34 through 38 ( Oval Shaped Concrete Flared End Section), We have contacted several pipe suppliers in California for pricing, and none of them are quoting them. One supplier is quoting ,but they are not Caltrans certified . Can we use CSP Poylmar Coated Flared End sections.
