Response #2:The 12-4.02C(3)(e) is a standard specifications that we must provide in all Caltrans projects, however, if your work location is not in proximity within the events or venue listed in this specifications, then this specific specifications would not apply.

Inquiry #3: There are 6-side street transition locations at PM 40.07, 40.35, 41.08, 42.05, 42.08 and 43.67. Due to the Cold in Place Recycle train not being able to make sharp turns as well as not being able to back-up/reverse, can these side street transition locations (1,369 SY) be paid for under a removal and replacement asphalt pay item? Due to the nature if the CIR equipment, conventional asphalt patches would be most cost efficient.
