Details do not show walkways on these structures however the standards still call out to use walkways unless it is noted not to have them.

Response #2:Please bid in accordance with Standard Specifications Sections 9-1.03, “Payment Scope” and 40-2, “CRCP”, Contract Plans, and, RSP P31B and P32A. As shown on RSP P31B, pavement anchors are only required when the pavement cross slope is 3% or higher.
