Inquiry #1: It appears that the PPF, PVP, and PDF smoothness files that were shared were for a different portion of Hwy 1 than this project entails. The smoothness files shared are from Stations 186+75 to 231+05 and from Stations 266+61 to 455+20. Also, the naming convention of the files indicated that they are for a different project. Can Caltrans please share the correct smoothness files that apply to this project?

Inquiry #6: What bid Item are Construction Area Signs (sheets CS-1, MI-1) covered under? Usually there is a CAS bid item.

In addition, Item #08 Channelizer (surface mount) these would typically be used when traffic control is left in place. However per the lane charts the contractor is supposed to open up the full travel when construction is not actively in progress or rather at the end of the work shift. Can regular 28" cones be used instead?
