Response #1:Conform with Section 13 and 19 of 2018 Caltrans Standard Specifications.

Soil amendment is typically used for landscaping, not for soil stabilization.

Inquiry #2: On sheet A1-1.1 there a couple of call outs that refer to "Roadway Drawings". However none of the Sheets in the Plans are called as such. Can you please Clarify which sheets these call outs are referring to.

Response #2:Please bid per the Contract documents. "Roadway drawings" include everything that is not part of the structures plans (i.e. the building and its components). Roadway plans include the layout sheets, construction details, drainage plans, grading plans, etc.
