Inquiry #1: Please refer to IR-4 for pressure mainline removals at Lincoln Ave. 55 NB on-ramp and IP-4 proposed mainline and 10" Welded Steel Pipe irrigation crossover. It seems this crossover could be eliminated as connections for proposed stations A-7 through A-9 will not change location and proposed stations A-5 and A-6 are also at the same location where existing valves are proposed to be removed. With the exception of proposed station A-25 being added, this crossover and the section of new 3" mainline could be eliminated by extending the 3" mainline at the uppermost section where the 3" mainline extends on Lincoln Avenue towards Tustin Avenue. Also, advise if the conductor for proposed control valve A-25 will need to be routed to ICC-A

Please advise.
