Inquiry #10: There is Bid Item 18 Temporary Creek Diversion Systems and Special Provision 13-12 requires to submit 13-12.01C(1) Temporary Creek Diversion System Plan that may be required for creek diversion. Contract plans do not show any creek for the TCDS. There is only existing swale along the Hwy 1 and the swale is only several feet wide and less than one foot deep. Should contractor submit the Temporary Creek Diversion System Plan or just submit certificate of compliance for gravel, plastic membrane, gravel bags, plastic pipes and rocks?

Inquiry #18: Per sheet PL-1, organic fertilizer will be applied at the rate of 1 ounce per each No. 1 container plant. Per the Special Provisions (Section 20-4.03C), organic fertilizer will be applied twice per year. Please advise whether the 1 once per plant is application rate per every application or the total to be applied during the entire plant establishment period.
