Inquiry #3: Per plan sheet X-1, the typical pavement section #2 is called out as regular CRCP concrete (BI 28, SSP 40-2); unlike section #3 which calls out for JPCP (Rapid Strength Concrete) (BI 29, SP 40-5). Both sections #2 & #3 are to be constructed on the same ramp under 55 hour closures. There is not enough time for the CRCP to cure and place traffic on within the allowable closure windows. Please clarify.
