Services needed: We are requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers, including all certified DVBE/DBE/MBE/WBE/MB subcontractors. We are soliciting quotes for (including but not limited to): Wood Mulch, Bonded Fiber Matrix (SQFT), Fiber Rolls, Permanent Erosion Control Establishment Work, Hot Mix Asphalt (Type A), Midwest Guardrail System (Steel Post), End Anchor Assembly (Type SFT), Alternate in-Line Terminal System, Thermoplastic Pavement Marking, and Thermoplastic Traffic Stripe (Sprayable). The quotations may be broken down into comparable units as reasonably necessary. Steelhead will work with suppliers and subcontractors to identify opportunities and break down items into economically feasible units.
Requirements: Steelhead Constructors, Inc. (Steelhead) will be bidding the referenced project as a prime contractor. Plans and specifications for this project may be viewed on the Caltrans Website, at your local builder’s exchange and are available for review in our office. If you require additional information regarding the requirements of the contract, please don’t hesitate to call our office. In order that we may give your bid maximum consideration, please supply us with an email or FAX letter prior to the bid describing the scope of your work, California Business License, Department of Industrial number, and your minority certification if applicable.
