Services needed: SAK Construction is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers, including certified DBE firms, for the following items of work, including but not limited to: cleaning and CCTV inspection of pipelines; modify, remove, replace and/or install drainage pipe; modify, remove, replace and/or install concrete drainage structures; modify, remove, replace and/or install various drainage pipe end treatments (flared end section, entrance taper, overside drain, rock slope protection, etc.); paving; fencing (both permanent and temporary); clearing and grubbing; tree removal; erosion control (both permanent and temporary); prepare WPCP and provide inspections; prepare lead compliance plan; temporary creek diversion; and traffic control system including PCMS. Subcontract opportunities are available for furnishing and installing bid items 1 - 39 and 46 - 50.
Requirements: Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license and DIR registration and all applicable insurance coverage meeting the project requirements. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for full amount of subcontract price. Plans and specifications are available for viewing online or at our Rocklin, CA office. SAK is an EOE and signatory to the Laborers union. SAK intends to work cooperatively with qualified firms seeking work on this project.
