Requirements: DeSilva Gates is signatory to Operating Engineers and Laborers unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Subcontractor will be required to sign the standard DeSilva Gates Construction Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the agreement can be obtained from our estimator.
