Inquiry #1: Can you please clarify the Microsurfacing limits at the On/Off Ramps shown on Sheet C-2 of the plans? Is the limit EP or ETW?

Response #1:(BI#1)-The limit of micro-surfacing on the ramp is shown on Sheet X-1 as the ETW on the ramp. The ramp ends at the EP of Route 271.
