Inquiry #4: For item 0003, Portable Changeable Message Sign, what is the duration that Caltrans is requesting the message sign for? 1 day? 1 month? 1 year? The life of the project? Please clarify.

Inquiry #5: Item 13 calls for 2 each flowmeter. The Specifications shows all the requirements of the flow meter. It also shows the requirements of the cable for the flow sensors and flow meters. However, per the irrigation drawings, this projects gets irrigated by truck.
Please clarify if there is a battery controller to use with the flow meter.

Response #2:There is no irrigation controller existing or required for the irrigation system. The intention of the flow meter is to allow the Engineer to visually track and measure flow volume downstream of the cam coupler assembly used for truck watering the irrigation system by reading the dial.
