Inquiry #1: Confirm that watering will only be required for the plants on sheet PP-1 during plant establishment period and hydroseed areas on sheet EC-1 do not need to be irrigated or watered. Otherwise, please advise.

Response #1:The hydroseed areas on sheet EC-1 are not required to be watered or irrigated during plant establishment. Irrigation is only to occur per the irrigation plan shown on sheet IP-1.
