Bid Item 90 - Jointed Plain Concrete Pavement (RSC). Our Take-off shows 14,480cy not 21,300cy. This is the same issue we expressed when it bid last time. The issue is quantity shown on Q-4 and bid item do not reflect RHMA required per construction notes 3 & 3A. This represents and additional 8,000 ton of RHMA not reflected.
