Inquiry #1: You send an addendum 10 minutes before the bid due time 1/25/2023 2PM! We already submitted the bid and revealed our prices! This has been happening many times with Caltrans bidding and it is not efficient to say the least! Hopefully you can avoid such in future!

The addendum issued 10 min before bid due does not even address the mistake in duration of the project. Is it 60 days per ad on Caltrans website or 140 days per project schedule!?
