Inquiry #3: Per Section 12-4.02C(3)(f) Closure Restrictions for Designated Holidays and Special Days it says the full width of travel needs to be open before each holiday and multiple days after. Is there anyway to keep one lane closed through the holidays listed.

Inquiry #4: Below the south end of the bridge there is a homeless encampment. The homeless person has the access to the area under the bridge fenced off, limiting contractors ability to inspect the underside of the bridge, Will Caltrans remove this person prior to bid date?

Note #4 says this chart is for installing/removing temp. barrier, bridge PPC overlay, and erecting/dismantling scaffolding.
