There is no access under the east side of the bridge for staging equipment. Caltrans diver boat was launched from the Newport beach Boat Launch Ramp located in the Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort and marina near Jamboree Blvd and Bay Drive, Newport Beach.

Second question. Are there any height restrictions for placing access under Newport Beach Channel Br. 55-0035?
There is no height restriction for placing access under (middle span where the steel girder needs to be painted).
