Services needed: ACC West Coast would like to encourage all DVBE and Small Business companies whom are classified to perform any of the scopes of work relevant to this project to submit quotes. We are currently requesting quotes for all scopes of work and bid items related to this project. Please see the list of bid items associated with this project for more information. Other items of work in which quotes are greatly desired: Construction Rentals, Misc. Construction Supplies, Flat-Bed and End Dump Hourly Trucking Rates. We will also consider subcontracting other scopes of work offered by interested companies.
Requirements: ACC will work with interested subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages. Please call to discuss how ACC West Coast can assist you in your bonding, credit and/or insurance needs. Assistance may include, but is not limited to: Contacting bonding and/or insurance companies on your behalf, arranging with sureties incremental or phased bonding, obtaining necessary equipment, supplies and/or materials. Subcontractors may be required to provide a bond and must have a valid contractor’s license and current insurance coverage that meets ACC and project requirements. Selected subcontractors will be required to sign our standard subcontractor agreement. Please email or fax quotes no later than 10:00am on bid day. If you have any questions, please contact the project estimator. Plans and Specifications may be viewed at our Benicia office. Requirements: Bugler Construction is actively seeking subcontractors and suppliers on this project. Subcontractors must possess a valid California Contractors License and have current registration with the State Department of Industrial Relations. Subcontractors must be able to provide current general commercial liability insurance, workers compensation insurance and be prepared to provide payment and performance bonds. Bugler will pay the cost of bonds up to 2.0% of total subcontract for bonds issued by a California admitted surety that is acceptable to Bugler Construction. Bugler will assist in obtaining insurance, bonds, lines of credit, supplies, materials and equipment. Plans and Specification can be viewed by appointment at our Pleasanton Office, sent electronically upon request, or viewed on the Caltrans Website. Bugler Construction is signatory to the operators, laborers, cement mason and carpenters unions and subcontractors will need to be signatory or sign a project labor agreement with appropriate unions.
