Inquiry #1: What type of post is required for bid item #23 "Midwest Guardrail System (7' Post)? The only 7' post in the standard plans, (A77N1, A77N2) is a 8"x8"x7' wood post. Section 83-2.02C(1)a of the special provisions calls for steel posts to be used. Please clarify which post is required for this item.
