Inquiry #1: General Note B on Sheet EEO-2 states to "Paint all exposed conduits and supporting hardware to match the wall on which it is installed." Do the signal conduits, mounting hardware and enclosures that are to be abandoned shown on Sheet E-1&2 require painting as well?

Inquiry #2: In reference to the response to Inquiry #1, can you please clarify that since the signal related conduits are only shown on the "E" sheets and not on the "EE" sheets, do the signal 4" conduits and enclosures need to be painted?
