Hydromulch is included in the bid item for Hydroseed. The components that make up Hydromulch are described in the table titled 'Erosion Control -Hydroseed Sequence/Application Rates (N)'. These components are included in the bid item for Hydroseed as shown in the Hydroseed Table. Please bid per current contract documents
