Inquiry #1: Please reference Exhibit A in the UPRR Right of Entry Agreement provided in the Information Handout.

The "Work Area" demarcated by the blue rectangle is described as 7' wide and 287.30' long. The blue rectangle appears to extend from the UPRR ROW to the fog line on 273. This area appears to be the area shown on sheet L4 which contains the new ITS Node Walkway, Sign Structure, Guardrail and Vehicular Access. The Agreement states that "this area will be used for foot traffic only... no equipment or permanent fixture will be within the area".

Please clarify the location of this area in terms of station and offset at Location 2

Also, please clarify if there are areas where equipment will not be allowed (other than w/in 25ft of railroad property as stated in the standard specifications)
