Inquiry #6: Sheet M2-1, note 1 states that the water closet carriers are to be removed. How are the carriers mounted? Are they surface mounted or embedded? Will saw cutting be required? A contractor needs to be able to see how the carriers are mounted. Plans do not show how the carriers are mounted. This can only be done by visual observation of the utility area. Who can we contact to open the utility area?
