Inquiry #3: Specification Section 99-09900 is included with the special provisions. However the plans do not indicate any painting other than the interior of the tank. Please clarify if we are to paint the restroom building?

Inquiry #4: Bid item #8 is for Prepare Water Pollution Control Program. Should this be Prepare Storm Water Pollution Control Plan? A WPCP does not require: REAPs (bid item #9), Storm Water Sampling & Analysis Days (bid item #10), and Storm Water Annual Reports (bid item #11).
