Inquiry #3: The question may have been misunderstood in Bidders Inquiry #1. I was not asking what specification will be held, but how smoothness will be measured without a bid item of inertial profiling.

Current approved specifications for measuring the smoothness of pavement surfaces are located in section 36-3 of the 2018 Standard Specifications. Please bid per current contract documents.
