There are only 7 cubic yards of minor concrete shown in bid item #25. Should this be Class 2 AB like the Northbound on-ramp section has instead of minor concrete?

Inquiry #2: In regards to Inquiry #1, since this section is confirmed to be minor concrete, can Cal Trans provide a reinforcement detail, if any is required, as far as rebar size and spacing? Can the 1’ thick edge be eliminated and just continue the 6†of HMA on top of 6†of Minor Concrete to the Shoulder Backing? This will make the construction much easier.
