Inquiry #1: This project calls for the project funding signs to be 144x90 installed on box posts.
Caltrans has revised the project funding signs to 132x78 installed on wood posts, see attached link.

An addendum has been issued to address this bidder inquiry. Please refer to Addendum No. 1, issued on Wednesday, January 08, 2020. Please bid per the current contract documents.

Inquiry #2: Per page 148 under section 99-16570A(1) Summary:
"You must hire a CSIA certified system integrator to
fabricate, install, program and commission the monitoring and control system."

Per page 149 under section 99-16570A(4) Submittals:
"Certification: to submit current proof of certification
for the certified control system integrator company issued by the CSIA."

Per page 150 under section 99-16570A(6) Quality Control Assurance:
"The work must be done by a CSIA certified control system integrator."

Per page 151 also under section 99-16570A(6) Quality Control Assurance:
"7. - Control system integrator with current certification for CSIA."

In reference to above specification sections would CSIA Membership be acceptable instead of CSIA Certification?
Would certifications for both the PLC and SCADA systems combined used on the project be acceptable instead of CSIA Certification?
