Inquiry #2: 1- Plan Sheet 19 Section AA calls for a " 8" X 8" X 7' Metal Post" Should that be a W6 X 8.5 X 7' Steel Post?

2 - In the specials page 25 it calls for "wood blocks for line posts". Does that requirement apply only to the Midwest Guardrail System (Special) item # 38 and not to items # 37 & 39 ?

Inquiry #5: Regarding bid item #39 "MIDWEST GUARDRAIL SYSTEM (7' POST)", are these posts to be wood or steel? Per RSP A77N1, A77N2, A77N3, the only posts that are 7' in length are 8"x8" wood posts. If steel posts are desired the RSP indicate that they are W6 x 9 x 8' or W6 x 15 x 8'.

Inquiry #6: The Special Provisions state that this project is in a Freeze Thaw area that requires Epoxy Coated Reinforcement for Concrete Barriers.
Is Epoxy Coated Reinforcement required for the Midwest Guardrail System (Special) Precast Grade Beams and the Cast in Place Grade Beams?
