Inquiry #1: The licensing states that The Contractor must have either a Class A license or any combination of the following Class C licenses which constitutes a majority of the work: C-8, C-10, C-12. If we are a C-8 contractor and have a sub that has C-10 & C-12 license are we meeting the licensing requirements?

Inquiry #2: Refer to plan sheet 114 Construction Note 2. Please confirm the entire scope is simply to only relocate the existing HAR components/equipment into a new 334 HAR cabinet and test in the presence of a Caltrans Engineer.

Correct. This project involves relocation of the existing HAR components/equipment into a new cabinet and testing as shown on Sheet E-2. Attention is also directed to Sheets E-3, E-7 and ED-3. Please bid per the current contract documents.
