Inquiry #2: Given the response to inquiry #1, please revise the qty of BI#7 to either 1 LS, or 2 EA, or 40 DAYS. The current qty of 40 EA will result in a very exaggerated unit price that does not accurately reflect the intent of the plans.

Inquiry #3: The special conditions indicate that reversing control closures on this project can only be 0.2 miles long. Given much of this project requires reversing control is this accurate? This will greatly increase the cost and duration of this project.
